• Additionally there’s a guided meditation (around 15 minutes) accompanied with my healing music for the chakra’s
• The healing sounds open, balance, and activate all of your chakra’s.
• During this meditative journey, your chakra’s can be aligned and integrated so you can re balance your mind, body, and soul and feel rejuvenated again.
